Free Meals All Students

We are excited to announce that all three schools in the Phoenix CSD have been approved to participate in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) as part of the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs for the 2024-2025 School Year! This means that all students enrolled in the Phoenix Central School District can receive a healthy breakfast and lunch at school at no cost to their household for the entire 2024-2025 school year.

CEP Household Income Eligibility Form

Reminder: While filling out the CEP Household Income Eligibility Form, you are not required to receive free meals; we would greatly appreciate it if you could do so. Completing this form helps us determine if your child(ren) qualifies for additional State and Federal Program benefits and state aid. You can find the form attached for your convenience or complete it online at Linq Connect - https://linqconnect.com/. You must complete only one form for your household, sign your name, and return it to the Food Service Office.

Food Service Family Portal

LINQ Connect enables you to view menus and manage student meal accounts. You can make one-time payments, set spending limits, transfer funds between students, receive low-balance notifications, and more. It's a convenient way to handle meal payments without the hassle of sending cash to school. If you encounter difficulties accessing your LINQ account, please get in touch with LINQ support at support@linqconnect.com.

Students who receive free breakfast and lunch through CEP will only need additional funds deposited into their accounts for extra purchases such as a la carte items, ice cream, extra snacks, a second meal, etc. Parents and guardians can send a check or cash with the student or pre-pay using our online services at Linq Connect—https://linqconnect.com/.
