New Student Registration Process

New Online Registration Process

Steps for Online Pre-Registration:

1. Complete your online NEW USER Pre-Registration. If you already have other children enrolled in the district, please do not attempt to reuse a session key from their previous registration.

2. Make sure to fill in all required fields in the Additional Information section to ensure your registration is processed smoothly.

Pre-K Lottery Registration

Apply now for the 2025-2026 Phoenix School District Universal Pre-Kindergarten Program Lottery!


Program Details:

  • Full-day program, Monday-Friday
  • For children who turn 4 years old by December 1, 2025

Locations and Times: (Spots are assigned based on availability)

  • OCO-HEAD START: 9:15 AM - 2:15 PM, M-F (transportation, breakfast & lunch included)
  • MAM ELEMENTARY: 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM, M-F (transportation included, breakfast & lunch options available)

Application Process:

  1. Complete this form: Please fill out all sections carefully.
  2. Application Deadline: May 7th at 3:00 PM - To be included in the lottery, applications must be received by 3:00 PM on May 7, 2025. Late applications will not be accepted. 
  3. Lottery Selection: A lottery will be held to select participants due to limited space.
  4. Notification: You will be contacted by email if your child is selected.

Important Notes:

  • Complete all sections of the form accurately.
  • Submit only one application per child. Duplicate applications will be voided.
  • If selected, you must register your child in the Phoenix School District.
  • Registration requires proof of residency, immunization records, and an original birth certificate.
  • If not selected, your child will be placed on a waiting list.

In the Phoenix Central School District, a New York State public school, we welcome all students who live within the district's boundaries and meet state age and health requirements. For specific enrollment information, please get in touch with your child's school. If you need to find out which school your child will attend, please use the School Finder to look up the attendance boundaries for your address.

Below, please find some of the forms and documentation required to register a student for school in the Phoenix Central School District. Forms can be downloaded, printed, and completed before registering in person.
