I graduated from Ithaca College in 2013 with a BS in Athletic Training and a minor in Sport Psychology where I was a member of the swim team all four years. From there I returned to California to pursue my Masters degree at Cal State University Long Beach. While back in California I had the opportunity to work at Pasadena City College, Alhambra High School, Disney and with the LA Kings. Those experiences have shaped my clinical practice to emphasize the importance of education and prevention. I focus on helping create a knowledgeable athlete that wants to take an active role in their overall health.
